Bethany has a passion for serving others and loves to help individuals and teams articulate goals, design plans to achieve success in alignment with personal values, and develop unmatched resiliency. She loves a challenge and nothing is better than teaming with others to help them increase effectiveness and realize potential. Bethany has more than 16 years experience as an effective action officer, directing and leading teams across the United States in multiple disciplines ranging from financial performance, program management, and project execution with annual total budget portfolios of more than $8 billion.  She is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, and holds EQ-i and EQ-360 certifications. 

 

Bethany is from East Tennessee and is passionate about continuous learning, holding a Bachelors in Business Administration from University of Tennessee and a Masters in Project Management from Boston University. She is a Harvard Kennedy School Senior Executive Fellow and successfully completed the Executive Certificate in Public Leadership Program.
