This option combines personalized EQ-i assessment results with targeted coaching to develop an effective action plan to maximize your leadership impact. In addition to the 1.5 hour assessment debrief, the client will receive 6 one-on-one coaching sessions to design immediate action steps and build strong accountability structures to ensure long-lasting benefit of this valuable tool.
